This is Day 5 of a 5 Part series about Systems that will actually work for your business!
I am in love with all things systems! I love them so much. Not only do they allow me to be productive, but they also allow me to be rest assured that I will show up for myself, my husband, my children, my home, and for my business.
We are in the last day of the Business Systems Series and I couldn’t be more proud and excited for all of you moms who have participated in this series. You’ve been active in the FREE Facebook Community Group. You have done the Homework day after day. You have asked questions. Why? Because you too subscribe to the idea that being a busy and productive WFHM doesn’t have to be exhausting. Instead, it can be rewarding and fulfilling for you and your entire household.
You moms have been so diligent throughout this entire journey I wanted to end this series with more helpful tools so that you can do what needs to be done in order to manage your tasks and time daily. And that you can complete your weekly action items, accomplish your monthly goals, accomplish your quarterly goals, and crush your annual goals all while making a profit for your family-making all of what you do worth it.
Before I get into what I want to share with you today, let’s recap this series.

THE TOP 7 SYSTEMS I USE IN MY BUSINESS REGULARLY
1. My Specifically Annual Plan Notebook
I use this to break down into quarterly goals, monthly goals, action steps, and weekly tasks. This system you know in depth as I mapped it all out this week for you during this series.
2. A Finance Tracking System
I use this for all of my income and all of my expenses. I told myself that finances would not be an obstacle for me running my business so I did the research and put systems in place that work and helps my business to thrive. So I have a goal tracking sheet that I use and it allows me to track my annual expenses which helps me to save towards those things so that I won’t miss those payments or scramble when it’s time to pay for it.
3. Social Media Planning System
This is given to you in the Academy. It is simple and not overwhelming and helps you to not worry about what or when to post but helps you to plan and be done so you can spend time on other tasks. I don’t spend a bunch of time or money anymore to do this. I use Canva to create and plan and a paper planner to write out and plan what I post so I can see it and color code it.
4. Content Planning System
This helps me to know what I am going to be teaching. For instance, I have a system that helps me to know how to get all the information out of my brain, on paper, and onto the podcast for you to be able to learn from me. I have a credible mind mapping program that I use that helps me map all of it out. I have everything categorized into specific pillars so that I know which pillar I’m moving through and how they are associated with profit and how I am reaching my profit goals.
5. Lead (Relationship) Tracking System
This is how I track current relationships that I have. People who are coming in and out of my life through my business. Whether it is short term, long term, completely free, or a paid resource, I have a spread sheet and a system of how I track my relationships.
6. My Workflow System
This is my bread and butter. It is literally how I don’t waste anytime throughout the week. I know what I’m doing, I show up, I hit the time tracker, I make sure that I am only supposed to be posting on social media for the next 45 minutes and I get out, etc. I’m not perfect at it but the more I do it the better I get at it. It’s become just this rinse and repeat thing that I show up for and I get it done. I do use a software program called MeisterTask. It is a task management program. I also use spreadsheets but you can use whatever works for you.
7. My Batching and Time Blocking System
This is something you really can’t live without if you want to work from home while taking care of or homeschooling your children. You have to learn how to batch your tasks and do them in a time blocking system. There’s no way around it. You can’t do multiple things at once and you need a system to run your business while you run your home.
