In the week of the challenge, I managed to carve out time daily for quiet time, exercise, and zone cleaning the main living spaces. I haphazardly got some work done.
In the week since the challenge, I've zone cleaned other areas of the house (guest rooms, extra bath, basement entry, etc.). I've kept up with the quiet time and exercise. My part-time job demands DOUBLED this week and I was able to meet them easily.
I have joined STS because I want more of this. If I can get the basics handled and systems in place in two weeks, what will a year look like?!?!?!?! I can't wait to see what my life, home, health, and business will look like!
Starting this week feeling really great! We did a house reset on Sunday as a family, so it feels clean and calm. I was able to get to the gym! I have a bad habit of missing Mondays.
My husband and I did our planners together, and we feel really in sync for the week. I need to tidy up my planner, but progress is being made!
I realized I could pre-write notes to my daughter’s teacher for the days she will be picked up this week for various appointments and sports—a small way to free up some mental space.

Wrote out my BHAG Goal complete with stones and due dates to hold me accountable, I’ve been working on this over a year and now is the time to implement change! I know this works because the things I have changed I have seen growth and see the potential once I fully implement systems!! I’m super excited!
So thankful this Challenge came at the perfect time to get my booty in gear before Summer break!
I’m so proud of myself for completing this challenge and keeping that promise to myself for seeing this through!
The homework for day 5 was to say what was my breakthrough and honestly it was realizing how much time I’m wasting! Thank you for opening my eyes to that !! Today I’ll be creating my weekly plan and setting up my goals for the new month!!
Biggest breakthrough- really, just that it IS possible to do more. Not that it’ll be easy, and I will probably have to start out with 4 hours a week rather than 15, but I CAN and SHOULD start focusing on my personal goals again (and even thinking about them at all!). Thank you ChelsiJo and team for all the encouragement and straight talk, I really needed this
Day 5: I’ve realized how much happier I am with the new systems I’ve implemented and already passed on to my girls. The sense of relief these systems has brought ALREADY is incredible. Having a plan in placeQ AND a clean home is making me feel unstoppable . I can’t wait to see where I am in a year.
