Hey there, friend! If you’ve been hanging out, watching from the sidelines, but haven’t taken the leap into one of my programs just yet—this one’s totally for you. I’ve got something super exciting to share, and it’s all about more than just a deep clean for your kitchen… it’s about a deep clean for your whole life. But before I spill all the details, let me start with a little story…

Listen Below For The Entire Episode On The Systemize Your Life Podcast

How often do you look around your kitchen and just feel… overwhelmed? Maybe you’ve got dishes piled up, crumbs all over the counters, and a whole bunch of “stuff” scattered everywhere. It can be easy to fall into a cycle of chaos, especially when life gets busy. But guess what? You don’t have to tackle the mess all at once, and it doesn’t need to take forever to get your kitchen feeling fresh.

Today, I’m going to walk you through how you can deep clean your kitchen in just ONE hour. Yup, you heard that right — 60 minutes and your kitchen will be feeling clean, fresh, and ready for whatever comes next.

Oh, and don’t go anywhere because at the end, I’ve got a HUGE announcement that you’re not going to want to miss. But first, let’s get to work!

Big Announcement: The Old Systemize Your Life Is Going Away

Okay, friend… this is it! I’ve been hinting at something BIG for a little while now, and it’s finally time to let you in on the full scoop!

The Systemize Your Life program is getting a major refresh—I’m talking a complete upgrade with new tools, more resources, and even better support to help you truly systemize every part of your life and business. But with that exciting update comes a big shift..

The current version of Systemize Your Life is going away—like, for good.

So here’s what that means for you:

This is your LAST chance to join the program in its current form. That means you still get full access to my live coaching, our incredible community of like-minded women, and all the systems I’ve built to help you manage your time, your home, and your business—all in one place.

And because I want you to be able to jump in without hesitation, I’m giving you a huge discount before the doors close. Use the code lastchancesyl at checkout and get $300 off. Plus, I’ve made it super easy to get started with a payment plan of just $67/month.

Here’s what you need to know:

I created this program to take you step-by-step through every system I teach—from time blocking and task batching, to meal planning, budgeting, and managing your home like a pro. If you’ve ever thought, “I just need someone to give me a plan that actually works for my real life,”—this is that plan.

But here’s the catch…

Enrollment closes on April 30th, and once it does, this current version of the program will be gone. The upgraded version is coming, and it’s going to be amazing—but this is your last chance to get in with this level of access and support at this price.

So if Systemize Your Life has been on your heart—if you’ve been waiting for a sign—this is it. Head over to chelsijo.co/syl to grab your spot, use the code lastchancesyl, and finally get your systems in place.

You haven’t missed your chance, friend. This is the perfect time to start, and I’m so excited to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Quick + Easy: Deep Clean Your Kitchen in Just One Hour

Alright, let’s get back to the task at hand. Your kitchen… let’s just be real for a minute. How often do you stand there, staring at your counters, and think, “Where do I even start?” The sink is full of dishes, there’s dried coffee on the counter from two days ago, and don’t even get me started on those mysterious crumbs that magically appear overnight. It can feel like this space is in a constant state of chaos—and you’re always one step behind.

But listen, it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I’ve put together a super simple, step-by-step plan that’s going to help you deep clean your entire kitchen in just one hour. Yup—just sixty minutes. We’re not talking surface tidy-up here. I mean a legit deep clean that leaves your space feeling fresh, functional, and completely renewed.

Imagine walking into your kitchen and actually feeling good, like light-a-candle-and-smile kind of good. It’s 100% doable, and I’m going to show you exactly how to make it happen.

Let’s do this together.

Supplies You Need to Deep Clean Like a Pro

Before we dive into the step-by-step, let’s talk about what you’ll need to get that kitchen sparkling from top to bottom. I’m all about keeping things simple, natural, and effective—so these are my go-to tools and supplies.

Don’t overthink it or feel like you need to run to the store and grab a million things. Most of this you probably already have on hand, and if not, you can easily adjust based on what’s in your home.

Here’s what I recommend:

  • All-purpose spray – I love making my own using dōTERRA essential oils and natural ingredients. It smells amazing and works so well without any of the yucky stuff. (You can grab my exact recipe inside the Systemize Your Life Academy!)
  • All-purpose scrub – Just mix some baking soda, vinegar, and a splash of concentrate. It’s super budget-friendly and works wonders on tough grime—like stove tops or that mystery sticky spot under the toaster.
  • Essential oils (optional, but highly recommended!) – A few drops of peppermint or lemon add a fresh, clean scent that’ll make your whole space feel like a spa. Plus, they’re powerful natural cleaners.
  • Microfiber cloths + a natural sponge – These are my go-to for wiping down surfaces without spreading germs or using wasteful paper towels. They’re washable and perfect for every part of your kitchen.
  • Extended duster with attachments – Totally optional, but this thing is a game changer. Especially if you haven’t dusted the top of your fridge or those upper cabinets in a while. Trust me, you’ll be glad you had it!
  • Other optional tools: A small cleaning brush or even an old toothbrush can help you get into all those nooks and crannies. And if you have a steam cleaner? Girl, pull that baby out—it’s next-level for tough spots.

Alright, now that you’ve got your toolkit ready, let’s get to work! You’re about to transform your kitchen—and it’s going to feel so good.

Your One-Hour Kitchen Deep Clean Plan

Alright, mama—this is where the magic really starts to happen. You’ve got your supplies, your mindset is in the right place, and now it’s time to move. Set your timer for 60 minutes and get ready to rock this deep clean. We’re going to work one section at a time, keep that momentum going, and finish with a kitchen that feels totally refreshed.

Here’s your step-by-step breakdown. You can follow it exactly or tweak it based on what your space needs most. Let’s do this together!

1. Clear the Counters + Dust from Top Down (5–10 minutes)

Start by removing everything off your counters. Yup, even the toaster, blender, and that one coffee mug that always seems to be sitting out. Once your surfaces are cleared, grab your duster and work from the top down.

Hit those high spots—like the top of the fridge, vent hoods, open shelves, and the tops of cabinets if you can reach. If you’ve got that extended duster I mentioned earlier, this part will be a breeze! You’ll be amazed how much dust builds up there.

2. Spray All Surfaces + Let It Sit (5 minutes)

Now that everything’s cleared and dusted, go ahead and spray your all-purpose cleaner generously on all the main surfaces—countertops, stovetop, sink, and even the oven door if needed.

Let that cleaner sit and work its magic while you move on to the next step. This gives the grime time to loosen up, so you’re not scrubbing for days later.

3. Clean Your Dishwasher Filter (5–10 minutes)

Okay, this one’s not glamorous—but it makes a big difference. If you’ve never cleaned your dishwasher filter, now’s the time. Pop it out, rinse it thoroughly, and give it a good scrub if needed.

Food particles and grease love to hide here, and cleaning it helps your dishwasher actually clean your dishes better. And hey, if you can delegate this to your spouse or a kiddo, go for it!

4. Wipe Down All High-Touch Surfaces (10–15 minutes)

Grab your microfiber cloth and start wiping! This includes the backsplash, walls near the sink and stove, knobs, handles, microwave door, fridge handles, light switches—basically anything your hands touch on a regular basis.

Don’t forget to rinse out your cloth if it starts looking grimy. This is where your kitchen starts to really feel clean.

5. Scrub the Oven + Sink (10–15 minutes)

Here’s where the heavy lifting happens. Use your scrub paste (that baking soda + vinegar combo) and get to work on the oven and sink. If your oven needs a little extra love, don’t be afraid to get in there with a brush or an old toothbrush.

Same goes for the sink—scrub around the faucet, the drain, and anywhere that collects buildup. When you’re done, rinse well and maybe even dry it with a clean cloth for that extra shine.

6. Declutter + Replace Items on Counters (10 minutes)

Take a good look at everything you pulled off your counters earlier. Do you really use that thing every day? If not, it might be time to give it a new home—or donate it!

Wipe down each item before you place it back, and be intentional with what stays out. The goal is clean and clutter-free. You’ll be shocked at how much more peaceful your kitchen feels when the counters are clear!

7. Deep Clean Bonus: Wipe Down Cabinet Fronts + Appliances (5–10 minutes)

If you’ve still got a few minutes left on the clock—or you’re feeling a little extra motivated—go ahead and tackle the bonus round to take your deep clean to the next level!

Grab that damp cloth and give your cabinet doors, drawer fronts, fridge door, and even your trash can a quick wipe down. Use your all-purpose spray to tackle fingerprints, smudges, and sticky spots.

It’s the little details that take your kitchen from “just cleaned” to “holy moly, this place is sparkling!”

And just like that — you did it. One hour, one deep-cleaned kitchen, and a whole new vibe in your home. You showed up, stayed focused, and followed the plan. I hope you’re lighting a candle, sipping something cozy, and just soaking in the joy of your clean space right now.

“You don’t have to control everything. Just create systems that let you manage what matters most.”

Final Thoughts: Don’t Let the Mess Win

Remember, friend — you’ve totally got this. Just one hour is all it takes to give your kitchen the deep clean it’s been needing. And trust me, when you walk into that fresh, clutter-free space, you’re going to feel like a million bucks. The mess doesn’t stand a chance when you’ve got a plan and a system that works!

A clean kitchen isn’t just about the surface — it’s about creating mental clarity. It’s about peace and joy in your home. And that’s why systems are so powerful! They help you manage the everyday messes, and you get to focus on what really matters.

And here’s the thing — the systems I use to manage my kitchen are part of the larger Systemize Your Life program, which is going through a huge transformation. You have just a few days left to join at the current price with $300 off using code lastchancesyl.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should I set aside for this deep clean?

One hour is the goal! But if you go over a bit, that’s totally okay. This isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making progress and creating a home you actually enjoy being in. The timer is there to help you stay focused and efficient, not to stress you out. So if something takes a little longer or you get interrupted (because, let’s be real—life happens!), just pick back up and keep going. What matters most is that you started and you’re showing up. That’s where the real change happens.

Do I need to buy new supplies to get started?

Nope, you don’t need anything fancy! You probably already have most of these supplies sitting in your cabinets right now. I’m all about keeping things simple and budget-friendly, so don’t feel like you have to run out and buy a bunch of new stuff. And if you love a good DIY, I show you how to make your own super-effective, non-toxic cleaning solutions using ingredients you probably already have—inside the Systemize Your Life program! It’s easy, it works, and it smells amazing thanks to a few of my favorite essential oils.

What if I have a big kitchen or haven’t cleaned in forever?

No problem at all! You can still follow the same steps even if your kitchen needs a little more TLC. Just give yourself a bit of extra time, take it one section at a time, and remember—progress is always better than perfection. The point isn’t to have a spotless kitchen in sixty minutes flat. It’s about making intentional progress so you can feel calmer, more in control, and more proud of your space. So go at your own pace, and celebrate what you do get done!
